We care about understanding how to help people live and work more harmoniously. And we care about how to apply service design to finesse their experiences.

With over 15 years of Service Design experience in both the UK and North America, Tamsin has worked with clients including the BBC, Mercedes-Benz, British Airport Authorities, the Organizing Committee for the Olympic Games (London 2012) and The Young Foundation.
Tamsin has led Harmonesse collaboration on projects with clients including BC Medical Services Plan, Canadian Blood Services, The Government of Yukon, WellAhead and TELUS.
